1. Pre-Arrival Communication
For absolute peace of mind, you will receive a complimentary SMS and email notification a few hours before your scheduled pickup time. This message will contain:
Your chauffeur’s full name and contact number.
The vehicle’s make, model, color, and registration details.
2. Airport Pickups (Meet & Greet)
Flight Tracking: We continuously monitor your flight in real time using official aviation data. Whether your flight arrives early or is delayed, your chauffeur’s arrival time is automatically adjusted to match your exact landing time.
The Terminal Meeting: Once your aircraft lands, your chauffeur will park the vehicle and enter the arrivals hall. They will be waiting for you near the exit gates holding a premium name board or your company logo.
Complimentary Waiting Time: Every airport pickup includes 60 minutes of complimentary waiting time from the moment your flight lands. This allows you ample time to clear immigration, pass through customs, and collect your luggage without feeling rushed.
Assistance with Luggage: Your chauffeur will greet you professionally, take immediate care of your luggage, and escort you to your pristine vehicle.
3. Non-Airport & Corporate Pickups
Punctual Arrival: Your chauffeur will arrive at your specified residential address, hotel, or office location slightly ahead of schedule.
Complimentary Window: Non-airport pickups include a 10-minute complimentary waiting window from your scheduled booking time.
4. Important Drop-Off Information
Curbside Departure: For standard drop-offs, your chauffeur will bring you directly to the closest, most convenient drop-off lane at your departing airport terminal or destination door, assisting you with unloading your luggage.
Premium Check-In Assistance (Optional): If you require an extra level of care, you can book our premium escort service. Your chauffeur will park the vehicle, secure a luggage trolley, and walk you directly into the terminal all the way to your airline check-in desk.
